   No there isn't a better way to say it unless you wnat to go around saying Happy V day. But it's more respectful if you say Happy Veterans Day. Because most of the people are old. And the young ones haven't quite been let out yet.

   I think it would be "Veterans' Day" because the apostrophe makes sound like it was their day, like all of them. But the other person said it was "Veterans Day" so I guess that's what it is.

    It is not necessarily a time when you would say "Happy Veteran's Day" like you would say "Merry Christmas" but instead a day to show respect for those who have served. Buy a poppy and wear it and you won't have to say a thing.
    I personally do not believe in war, nor would I join the armed forces, but I am grateful to those who have served to protect my rights. Instead of saying Happy Veterans Day, ask if they have served and say, "Thank you."

    we watched this on Wednesday for a special Veterans Day chapel. This made me cry and i was sitting by my crush.THANK GOODNESS GRACIOUS HE DIDNT SEE ME DO THAT!! We also had four veterans come in one was a girl and challenged some people,even our gym teacher!
